These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of DropSAGA. By using our website, dashboards, seller tools, supplier workflows, and related services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About DropSAGA

DropSAGA is a managed ecommerce automation and marketplace operations platform. We help sellers connect supported sales channels, manage product workflows, prepare listings, organise sourcing requests, monitor operational workflows, and manage related ecommerce activities.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration and business information.
• You are responsible for your account, connected stores, business mode selection, and all activity carried out under your login.
• You must not impersonate another person, business, supplier, or marketplace account.

3. Seller and Supplier Responsibilities

• Sellers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, pricing, and compliance of their products and store activity.
• Private suppliers and sourcing participants must provide truthful product, cost, fulfilment, and operational information.
• You must only connect stores, channels, and business assets you own or are authorized to manage.

4. Marketplace and Channel Connections

Where supported, DropSAGA allows sellers to connect third-party sales channels such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and WooCommerce. These integrations remain subject to each provider’s own terms, approvals, and acceptable use requirements. We may limit, pause, or remove any connection that appears abusive, misleading, non-compliant, or technically unsafe.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use DropSAGA for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited ecommerce activity. This includes counterfeit goods, intellectual-property violations, manipulated marketplace activity, false fulfillment claims, unauthorized data use, or attempts to bypass provider/platform rules.

6. Content, Product Data, and Uploaded Materials

• You retain responsibility for all product data, attachments, media, descriptions, trademarks, and materials you upload or submit.
• You grant DropSAGA permission to process, store, display, and use submitted materials as needed to operate the service.
• We may remove or restrict content that creates legal, policy, trust, safety, or operational risk.

7. Platform Features and Availability

Some features may be in staged, beta, pilot, or connector-dependent form. Certain automations may require manual review, provider approval, or additional setup. We may improve, suspend, change, or retire features at any time to maintain platform stability and compliance.

8. Fees and Commercial Terms

Where paid plans, service fees, fulfillment charges, software subscriptions, or operating costs apply, they will be shown in the relevant product, package, service, or agreement context. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered or platform resources have been consumed.

9. Data Accuracy and Third-Party Services

DropSAGA relies on third-party providers, marketplaces, suppliers, and channel APIs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent API access, approval by every provider, or perfect third-party data accuracy.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates legal, security, operational, payment, fraud, marketplace-compliance, or reputation risk. You may stop using the service at any time, but you remain responsible for obligations incurred before termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropSAGA is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform, third-party provider changes, store suspensions, listing issues, or external API/connectivity failures.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold DropSAGA harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your products, listings, business conduct, legal violations, supplier disputes, marketplace violations, or misuse of the platform.

13. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DropSAGA after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
